- I decide on a special promotion and notify my clients this month by postcard, newsletter or web site.
- I keep track of this month's type of special promotion and response for marketing analysis purposes.
- I attend one educational seminar this month.
- My web site is up and fully operational.
- I choose a local charity to support and volunteer my services at an event this month.
- I send press release 2 weeks in advance of volunteering for charity event.
- I hand out at least 50 brochures and cards during the volunteer event.
- I schedule a vacation break this month.
- I contact a health care professional organization and schedule a presentation this month.
- I have presentation materials and handouts ready for professional organization presentation.
- I obtain the names and addresses of 20 allied health practitioners from the phone book, HMO directories, etc.
- I compose an introduction letter including an offer for a free treatment to send to the 20 allied health practitioners.
- I have media kit available.
- We design promotional materials for the booth (handouts, signs, etc.).
- We send invitations to everyone on our mailing lists, inviting them to stop by our booth.

- Each client leaves his/her session with a sample, personalized gift item, educational material and/or discount coupon for friends.
