    Specific Monthly Activities:
  • I put information about fundraising event on web site.
  • I mail information about fundraising event to clients and allied health care professionals.
  • I e-mail notice to clients and allied health care professionals.
  • I decide where appropriate places are and post fundraising event announcements.
  • I contact local companies for door prizes and/or items for auction (if appropriate) for fundraising event.
  • I contact local companies to donate refreshments for fundraising event.
  • I make arrangements for photographs to be taken during the fundraising event.
  • I contact local women's organizations and give a presentation this month.
  • I have marketing materials revised and ready for the woman's organizaton presentation.
