    Specific Monthly Activities:
  • I write my personal and business priorities and goals for 2002.
  • I compare 2000 income, expenses, client retention, and client growth to 2001.
  • I track which marketing techniques worked best at bringing in inquiries and obtaining new clients.
  • I review and update my marketing materials.
  • I establish at least one new target market.
  • I create marketing materials for new target market(s).
  • I review my business progress during 2001 prior to meeting with my business coach.
  • I meet with my business coach to do planning for 2002.
  • I review/update my marketing plan for 2002 based on meeting with business coach.
